A.The above room rates include service charge.
B.All room rates are subject to change during the peak season. Any applicable surcharge will be confirmed at time of booking.
C.Check-out time: 12:00 at noon.
E.Payment by major credit cards accepted.
F.The hotel will only keep room till 18:00. Late arrival after 18:00 must be guaranteed by credit card.
G.Credit card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period. Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 16 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty.
H.During Canton fair, pick up 14-20,24-30 Apr or Oct, 8:30 am to 9:00 pm is free offer from airport and railway station to hotel, if out of this time, picked up service will charge RMB200.

Guarantee your reservation is required during canton fair period.

*Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. Hotel may ignore double booking and guest ended up paying counter rates. if you double book the same hotel, maybe you will charge two times for the rooms. *Book hotel using guest's passport names and check in using the same passport name. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.

* Ask for address of hotel in chinese - this will be provided in our confirmation email to you but ask for it if we miss out.

*This is important as most taxi drivers do not speak english. Be careful of unauthorised "agents" at the airport - these poachers would solicit passengers on pretext of cheaper accommodation for same hotel - .
