E.The hotel will only keep room till 18:00. If rooms are going to be full, late arrival after 18:00 must be guaranteed by credit card.
F.Credit card is required to secure the reservation during the canton fair period. Any amendment or cancellation of guaranteed reservations within 14 days of arrival date, each room one night room rate will be charged as penalty.

*Do not double book with more than 1 agent - this will lead to confusion at hotel. If hotel cannot locate guest's name in their computer system, you will be charged counter rates.
